Petrovsky Passazh

Petrovsky Passazh (Petrovka Ulitsa 10, Kuznetsky Most, Moscow) – this elite shopping center was originally opened in 1906 (designed by Vladimir Shukhov – who also designed the GUM Department Store in Moscow). This shopping center is a covered arcade with two wide three-storey galleries (covered with glass vaulting). During the 1990s (after the fall of Communism), Petrovsky came back into prominence as a high-end shopping center. It houses names such as Bosco Donna, Uomo, Kenzo, Etro and Jean-Paul Gaultier. On occasion, art exhibits are held at Petrovsky’s main level.
