Guzé (22 Old Bakery Street, Valletta) – housed within one of Valletta’s oldest structures, this restaurant tends to get popular when the evenings are cooler. Dishes served here range from cooked fresh fish, to fillet steak, carpaccio of sea bass, seared free-range chicken breast with fried mushrooms and smoked pancetta, and local rabbit with leek & cabbage stuffing, leg confit, and tripled-fried fries.
